The No. 27 State Water Heater's Chevrolet Impala SS held its first practice for 2010 on Friday, February 19 at the Orange County Speedway in Rougemont, NC.

Neil Perkins joins the team this season as Jeb’s crew chief. Neil has years of experience building racecars. He has worked for the Wood brothers and won national championships in the late model division.
